FAQ

Are prices fixed?

No. Repair prices are controlled by each shop. If a shop has not configured a price, Pivot shows assessment or quote-required wording.

Are payments live?

No. The current beta handles booking requests and repair workflow. Subscription billing and repair payments are not live.

Are all shops verified?

Businesses require admin approval and email verification before public listing. Pivot does not claim independent quality certification.

Can shops update customers?

Yes. Shops can manage booking statuses from their dashboard, and customers can view updates in their account.
